1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing balinusatour.com or booking a service through our WhatsApp channel, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. We aim for complete transparency to ensure your Bali adventure is seamless and stress-free.
2. The Bali Nusa Standards
When you book with us, you are guaranteed the following world-class service standards:
- 100% Private Service: You will never be asked to share your car or tour with strangers. Our service is exclusively for your group.
- Professional Drivers: Every driver is licensed, English-speaking, and Balinese native with deep local knowledge.
- Safe Vehicles: Our fleet is cleaned daily, smoke-free, and serviced monthly for your comfort and safety.
3. Booking & Payment Process
To keep booking easy for you, our standard process is as follows:
- Instant WhatsApp Booking: No complex forms. We confirm details directly via chat.
- No Upfront Deposit: For standard day tours and private driver services, we do not require a deposit. You pay the driver in cash (IDR) at the end of each day.
- Electronic Payments: For multi-day packages or special requests, we accept PayPal and Bank Transfer.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our fair policy is:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are 100% free with no penalty.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: For cancellations within 12 hours of the tour, we may request a small fee (via PayPal) to compensate the driver for fuel and time.
- No-Shows: If you are not present at the pickup location without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
5. Guest Conduct & Safety
While we handle the driving, we ask our guests to:
- Wear seatbelts at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
- Uphold local Balinese customs and temple dress codes (your driver will help you with this!).
- Keep the vehicle reasonably clean and smoke-free.
6. Insurance & Liability
Bali Nusa Tour and its vehicles are fully licensed and locally insured. While we take every precaution for your safety, we highly recommend that all travelers maintain comprehensive personal travel insurance for the duration of their trip to Bali.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali.
